I have never seen anyone do the automatic writing. I have seen a couple on TV shows. The question isss .... what do YOU think about it. Kind of like Dowsing rods maybe but with a written answer?

My ex mother inlaw used to do it . Now according to her whole family she took down a name and phone number of a person called the number and it was correct and it was the info of a living person.. Unfortunatly shortly after she was institutionalized this is not a joke.

From what I understand it is done much like the ouaji board by your involentary mucles and your subconcius mind.
